How do I select the current top step contract month data for charting?

Not sure I get this but when I go to NinjaTrader 8 Control Center and open a new chart I only see a few symbols and none of them appear to be the top step contract (near month). For example the current top step contract for E-Mini S & P 500 Futures contract is ESZ20, a.k.a. ES 12-20, but the only thing that I am able to find is ESU20, a.k.a. ES 09-20. What am I doing wrong? How do I select for the near month contract symbol? Could this be because my free live data has expired?

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.

You may also need to delete the older contracts from your recently selected instruments. When you are in the Data Series window for a chart, select the instrument dropdown. You may hover your mouse over any expired contracts that are listed and then press the 'Delete' button on your keyboard to remove the highlighted instrument from the list.
