Hi, I have a very newbie question about commissions.
I will use Crude Oil Futures contracts with a Lifetime license and Continuum as an example.
Looking at the pdf here (https://ninjatrader.com/PDF/ninjatra...ommissions.pdf) I see that the total commissions for a crude oil contract are 2.26. Are they "per side" (that is, to be applied both in opening and closing the order)?
So to summarize: if I close an order (1 contract) with 1 tick of profit I would have 10 $ - (2.26 $ x 2) = 5.48 $.
If I had an order with 2 contracts and a total profit of 2 ticks I would have 20 $ - (2.26 $ x 4) = 10.96 $
Is that right? Sorry if this is nonsense.
