Hello! Is it possible to move a chart with drawn objects to another workspace and save there? So that later, if necessary, it could be transferred back to the old workspace?

No, it would not be possible to move a chart from one workspace to another. I have added a vote for you to a current feature request to have a workspace editor feature that would allow this. This request is being tracked under the number SFT-3394.
