Charts not showing

Hi Technical Support

Today I connected up to the Continuum data feed for the first time.

I have followed the instruction and the green data feed light is on.

However only the daily chart shows. All other time frames are blank.

I have attached the log and trace zip files.

Could you please advise me on how to fix this up.

I downloaded then removed your log and trace files. In the future, DO NOT share these files publicly as they may contain sensitive information. With that said, the information in your files shows that you're loading June contracts which have expired. Here is an example of a message that you could see in your Control Center's Log tab:

2020-09-09 20:08:28:374|3|4|Failed to resolve instrument for market data: F.US.MNQ.M20 could not be resolved.

Please follow these steps to roll over the expiration date of a Futures contract:

• Navigate to the Control Center > Tools > Database window.
• Left-click the ‘Rollover’ button that appears just below the table under the ‘Rollover futures instruments’ section.
• Close this window when this process completes.
