Disconnect then reconnect causes charts to 'whack out'

Hello and TYA,

For the past month or so a new issue has reared it ugly head for me, and at this point is driving me slightly nutty. This is what is happening:

1. Disconnect the data feed and/or quit/restart NT
2. Reconnect data
3. Data reloads, but when it finishes one of the recent days on the chart frequently loads prices which are FAR, FAR from accurate, which in turn destroys the chart. SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT
4. The only way to correct the issue is to then change some option on the chart such as; loading a different number of days and/or clicking and un-clicking 'Break at EOD' can both be enough to get the chart to reload the correct prices.

This scenario is not 100% predictable, but is very high in occurrence and happens with various stock/futures tickers. TYIA

If you reset your instruments does this behavior persist?

To reset your instruments, please take the steps below.

1. First, disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on “disconnect” that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
2. Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
3. In the Database Management window, under the “Update instruments” section, ensure that “General properties”, "Futures expiries" and “Symbol mappings” options are checked and then click Update
4. Lastly, restart NinjaTrader for the changes to occur

Thanks Melissa. After a few disconnects and reconnects, your recommendations seem to work for now! Will update if something changes. :-)
