Loading mutual fund data

I am trying to analyze data from mutual funds. I can see the charts in both google and yahoo of the specific mutual fund instrument; so that tells me they have daily open-close-high-low data. However, when I connect from NinjaTrader and use the same instrument no data comes in. I tried with both a connection to yahoo and a connection to google. Here is an example: FBGRX. Any suggestion to create charts?

Yahoo and Google discontinued the underlying source of data that NinjaTrader used therefore these connections no longer function. Seeing these providers as available in NinjaTrader 8 would mean that you're using a very old version.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)

Your version of NinjaTrader is from January of 2017. There have been 19 significant updates to the platform since then. It is critical that you update NinjaTrader to the latest version. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
