OTC 4 decimal price

I uploaded a batch of OTC stocks into ninjatrader through the symbol import tool. OTC stocks are usually denominated with 4 decimal precision price (0.3315) in stead of 2 (0.33). Unfortunately I can only update the stock price interval one by one manually in the symbol editor. Is there a way for me to update multiple at the same time to 4 decimal? I have thousands to update.

Or is there a way for me to change the default interval to 4 for new imports?
