JPY Future contract 6J showing incorrect data with using eSignal feed

I am using NT8 v8.0.22.2 64-bit, connecting to eSginal. When I try to open a chart for CME contract 6J 09-20, it is showing historical data and current quote as 1/100 of the actual data. For example, current price for this contract on Interactive brokers TWS is 0.0094155, eSignal application is showing the same value, but on NT8 chart and Market Analyzer, it is showing 0.0000941.

I notice the eSignal symbol mapping for this contract is 6J||100 per NT8 installation.

Please help chart this contract correctly.

    Thanks.

    Hello chunhaoqi,

    Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2726305" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

I look forward to your reply.

After changing symbol mapping to just "6J" by removing the multiplier "||100", charts and market analyzer quotes are displaying correctly now.
If you can confirm this mapping is correct, please make it the standard mapping.

        Hello,

The supported mapping for TWS in NT is JPY, does this plot the correct value?
Also, what version of TWS are you running?

This issue is regarding using eSignal as data feed, not TWS.

            Hello,

I can confirm I am seeing the same on my end when connected to esignal, so removing the ||100 seems to remove the added decimals to the price quote to match the CME's quoting style.

Please let us know if we may assist further.
