Download historical minute data from eSignal missing data

I am using NT8 version 8.0.22.2 64bit. My data feed is eSignal classic subscription. I opened the historical data dialog to download historical minute data from 8/3/2020 to 8/28/2020. I selected the built-in instrument list SP500 which is recently updated from Ninja data server. After the download was completed, CPU load near zero, disk activity near zero, I counted 484 folders within db\minute had their timestamps showing changed. That is 16 shy of the 500 stocks in S&P 500. I then created a new instrument list, and added 111 US stocks using the import stock symbol list function. I did the same download and counted only 95 stocks with new data. Again 16 less than expected.

I would like to have the ability to download minute data from eSignal working correctly.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2720437" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
