Feature Request Attach to Indicator

I really like the attach to indicator feature but in actual use it is not efficient, it takes far too much time to apply the feature
With Micros it is common to use many contracts.
For example, an order with 9 contracts with a Stop at 10T (all 9 contracts) and 3 profit targets each with 3 contracts.
If I want to trail my 9 contract stop behind a given indicator I need to apply the feature 9 times, each time takes maybe 30 seconds, that is four and one half minutes to adjust the stop. This is obviously not useful when trading fast markets, Gold can move 100 Ticks or more in that period.
In my experience taking 30 seconds to apply this is too long,

1. It would be helpful to have presets for the attach to indicator settings then have a default setting which is available each time and then be able to apply a new preset very quickly.
2. Have a setting to allow all stops or targets at the same level to have the same settings applied with one application instead of requiring one application for each individual contract.
