Options on micro contracts

CME will start option trading on micro contracts on August 31, 2020. Will NT be setup to start trading on this date?

I believe these should work from current futures options providers once the options are live at the exchange, yes.

There are no options instruments hard-coded in NinjaTrader's database. They're pulled in directly from the API and will use the Options Chain window:

Thank you for the note.

This likely means your account is not configured to get options data.

We recommend that you reach out to your broker to verify if your account is enabled for Options.

If it is, please ensure that your live account is enabled for WebAPI in NinjaTrader. You can verify this by going to Connections->Configure and selecting your live account. Ensure the box next to 'WebAPI' is checked. If it is not, check the box, click OK, and disconnect/reconnect.
