Ninja Trader in Microsoft Surface

I'm using Surface tablet WITHOUT keypad. My question is how to move the chart down with pen only. Normally with keypad to move chart down or up you need to "Control + Left click"?

I need because i want my chart always at three fourth high the chart.

Another way to adjust the position of bars in a chart is to use the arrow keys on a keyboard. Below is a link with more information:
