Multiple Market Analyzers and Multiple Alert conflict

I have multiple alert windows setup, each with their own Market Analyzer. I am having a problem because even though I have linked the market analyzers to the Alert Log windows they are not linking properly. All Alert windows seem to reflect the same market analyzer, even though the colors/links for each alert window is different.

For example:
1st Market Analyzer window is Green and 1 Alert Log is Green as well.
2nd Market Analyzer window is Blue and 2nd Alert Log is Blue, yet all Alert Log windows display Market Analyzer window Green alerts only.

How can I make it so each Alert Log reflects their own market Analyzer?

Please send me your workspace, log, and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Workspace files and UI settings'.
