Alerts When Establishing A Position

Hello.

I have been trying to figure out a way to set my alerts to send me a notification every time a long or short position is established and re arm after the alert is sent. I am not having much success maybe because I am not using the proper re arm option. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Here is a screen shot of my last attempt.
