Cannot access live account

I had some sort of crash with NT8, and when I tried to log back on it had lost my Connection Credentials. Having forgotten what they were, I got them again from my broker. It now allows me to connect, but only to my Sim account and not my live account. When NT8 loads I am getting the following error:

Unable to load risk template from file "Ninjatrader Brokerage default.xml" System.Argument exception: An item with the same key has already been added at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgument Exception (ExceptionResource resource) at System.Collections.Generic Dictionary'2 Insert (TKey key Tvalue value, Boolean add) at NinjaTrader.Cbi.Risk.Load all()

Can you tell me what I need to do to once again access my live account?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2715734 - Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
