    Error Trade

    Hello,

    the heading (Title of Post) may not have been chosen appropriately, but I didn't know what to write.



    If I buy a value on the chart, there is an error.

    A: No average price is shown.
    B: An error in the log
    C: Worst of all, I can't get out of position when I click "Close".
    If you click "close", it deletes the target and stop loss, but you can't get out of the trade.

    The error only occurs in one market. (MGC)

    How can I fix this?

      many thanks. I've sent the email.
      I trade via "earn2trade" and got an account connection via Rithmic.

      The error only occurs via this connection and only in MGC.
