5 minute futures chart

The 5 minute chart on futures (ES, NQ, GC, etc..)isn`t working ....but 60 min, 1 min, daily, etc.. charts work fine. How do I solve this problem I need 5 min futures charts to analize & trade

I suggest clearing the data cache. This will all older data to be manually removed, and new data be be loaded from the data provider.
To clear the cache, please close NinjaTrader and navigate to the following directory:

• My Documents > NinjaTrader > Db

Delete the contents of the cache, tick, minute and day folders. Now, when you restart NinjaTrader and connect to your data feed, NinjaTrader will load new data.

Thanks, problem solved but now the chart stops at 18:00 hs and futures trade 24 hs..I`m uploading the ES chart and stops at 18:00 and that never happened before, I allways have the 24 hour chart running all the time

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
