backup custom instruments

How do I back up the custom instruments and instrument lists that I added to my Ninja8 instruments.
I just had a .NET assembly problem while simply editing one of my custom ninjascripts and it forced me to re-install a clean version of Ninja8.
I saved a copy of my old directory from /Documents/Ninjatrader8/...
I'm able to backup and restore all of my data and environment - however I don't see my custom instruments or instrument lists now.
Can you tell me where to find the custom instruments and instrument lists in the old directory that doesn't work anymore?

Thank you for writing in.

The custom instruments and your instrument lists should be saved inside of the NinjaTrader database. To find the database file go to the File Explorer > Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db > Look for the NinjaTrader.sdf. You may create a copy of this file to save your instruments and other components of NinjaTrader.
