No Live Date Connection

Hello, I have opened a demo account for Forex (FXCM). Unfortunately, despite entering the correct user and password, I do not receive any live data. The lower left ball in NT stays yellow and does not turn green. Repair and Reset DB brought no improvement. Neither reinstall NT. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance!

Glad to assist. FXCM demos are now no longer in server with NinjaTrader. Instead, please request a new NinjaTrader FX demo.
Ensure to select "Forex" next to "Select your Asset Class" before pressing Get Started.

Hi Eric, I did this. Opened demo account with live data, 30 days free of charge, I have now also established a connection, but I only get 9 fx pairs and zero cfd's. i want to register with fxcm and trade fx and cfds. but also like to test beforehand. what do i have to do or what am i doing wrong? thank you for your help!

I tried to add new pairs under new-fx board. unfortunately without success. there is nothing I can add
CFDs do not exist at all.

simply add new instruments was the solution. Have a nice day everyone.
