New account. Chart Trader greyed out and waiting for live data.

    New account. Chart Trader greyed out and waiting for live data.

    Today is the first day of this account. When we connected, we have a live connection (green dot on the account window), but it's not feeding live data and -I'm sure this is connected- the Chart Trader button is greyed out.

    We are on the CL and QM. We verified we are on the correct months contracts.

    Windows 10. NT8. Phillip Morris. Free NT Account.

    It's showing the correct money is in our accounts.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for posting.

    The most common reasons for this are that you don't have the current front month entered, or your brokerage account is not enabled for live data. The correct front months for these contracts are:

    CL 10-20

    QM 10-20

    Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
