AI Generate Doesn't Utilize CPU & Memory fully or even above 20%

I've seen you guys try to refute this before in the forums but I simply cannot get Ninjatrader 8 (8.0.22.2 64-bit) to really use my computer. It should be taking far less time to run these AI generate sessions if it were 100% utilizing my computer. I'm running an i9-9900k @ 4.68GHz with 48gb of 3200hz DDR4 ram and a 1080ti and I cannot get ninjatrader to go above 20% usage on memory or cpu. It's using all the cores sure but it's barely using them. What's going on here? I recently installed the extra 32gb of ram but the cpu is the same since I installed NT8. FYI, the CPU usage bump was me taking a screenshot using snagit.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2706075 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
