Coinbase Connect/Disconnect Issues? Red Light

Is anybody else having issues with Coinbase disconnecting constantly?

My NT8 platform seems to be working fine. I have a few data connections going.

But Coinbase is disconnecting a lot, the light turns red, then I need to disconnect and reconnect.

Thanks for posting.

Disconnections like you describe would generally be indicative of network connectivity issues to Coinbase servers. Your other data connections wouldn't connect to Coinbase's servers, so they may be able to connect without error.

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20200818.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
