Databases not updating

I am trying to update the NinjaTrader Brokerage Default risk template to reflect current margins. After going to database management and updating, the risk template remains the same. I've tried restarting the platform and still no luck. Also having the same issue with the commissions template.

If there are no changes to these templates after forcing an update through the Database Management window, this indicates you have the latest versions of those templates already.

All of these included templates are meant to be a close approximation of your live risk/commission settings are, but as you've noticed will likely not be an exact match. Since every account has the potential to be slightly different, it's not possible to have these templates match exactly for all users.

You can copy/edit exiting templates or create your own templates to more closely match your fees. These links go into further detail on how to do that:
