Problem with trendlines

I've been having a frustrating problem with drawing lines. After drawing my trendlines and saving my work & exiting NT. When I then return later the trendlines which I drew earlier have now changed their trajectory/angle by a huge margin and I have to redraw them. For example if the line was originally drawn at a 45 degree angle it will now be at 35 degrees approximately. If I draw one line and then copy/paste it, when I return later the line that I copied will have changed like I explained above and it will no longer be the same has the original that it was copied/pasted from.

Are you running any third party items on these charts?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2702039" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
