I think the confusion may be that you contacted us several different ways causing multiple tickets to be open to all deal with the same item.

I see that you have multiple tickets in our system today. One conversation with me which I am awaiting a response for (ticket #2701410) and another with my colleague Eleanore (ticket #2701102) in which she has already assisted you with your license key issue. If your symptom is unresolved, respond to my email or the last email you received from Eleanore.

We cannot assist you with any licensing related inquiries on the forums. Please respond to our emails.
