TD AMERITRADE NT8 Erro. Websocket protocol is not supported on this platform

I have a multibroker license on my nt8 .
followed NT8 td ameritrade connection guide and authorized
Unable to connect to td ameritrade for equities.
Any advise on how to solve this issue

Thank you for your post.

Please try to add NinjaTrader to your anti-virus program exceptions list to resolve.

You will need to exclude the following directories:

C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 8, C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 8, and

(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 8

Please let us know if you continue to see the same behavior.

I unblocked in the firewall settings of the antivirus program and still i am unable to connect to td ameritrade

What version of Windows are you currently using?

If you are using Windows 7, please note that WebSocket is not supported and a later version of Windows is needed.
