new continuum account - no data feed

Hello dear forum!

I have received my brand new credentials for a continuum account. Login goes all fine but I have no data feed (trying to get ES 09-20 ones). SuperDOM is blank/empty and charts do not have any activity. With the demo account I was testing before it was fine and I don't know if there is any special setting to activate. The connection log says "connection=Connected, Price feed=Connected".

If you have any idea then happy to receive them!

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2680504" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Oops, sorry, I realize I forgot to register for market data/choose which data... Just registered, it was obviously this, not an NT issue of course.
