if anyone can please help me figure out why my password and username wont work i'm not typing it in wrong and tried several time to login i've deleted the app re downloaded it nothing still

Glad to assist. This usually indicates there is an issue with the account setup. Steps may vary depending on the data provider in use. I suggest recreating the connection per our connection guides below for your respective brokers / providers.
