Changing a bad tick

Hi
I have a bad trade price on chart that I want to correct. Usually I would go to historical data and change it there and save the change. Then reload historical data on chart and it would be fixed. Today I had a bad price in JPM that I did that same process but erroneously put in wrong price when changing. So I did the process again and put in correct change price but the charts when data reloading wont reflect the latest change price.The first change price still is displayed. Any help?

Thank you for your post.

As a test, I want you to revert the changes, save, then reapply the changes. In the Historical Data Manager, select the data that you changed, right-click and select 'Exclude Changes' then select 'save'. Now, make your changes and save once more, and reload the historical data on your chart. Are you able to see the change now?
