CQG Demo Allowance Exceeded

Good morning,
I have been trying to get live data feed credentials the entire week, tried during hours cqg should do their reset as previously read here, but I get always the same email.
I never asked for demo data feed before, and I always tried with a different email address.
What can I do?

I checked the email address you used to register your forum name and see that you made a request today for a futures demo for what appears to be the first time. With that said, the email address that you provided may have been flagged as a "burner" email address by the CMEGroup exchange which governs the availability and distribution of these demos. The CMEGroup exchange restricts demos to one per email per 365 days and has an extensive 'blacklist' of emails to prevent people from abusing the system to work around this limit. I suspect your email address was flagged as part of this blacklist which is why you're receiving the 'Allowance Exceeded' message.
