RSI new high

I am looking for a way to buy when the rsi 13 makes a new high, how do I do that?

You could either create a strategy which has this logic built into it with the Strategy Builder:

or you could create an alert with an action parameter to submit an order when this numerical value is reached on the RDI indicator:

So in the builder, I see the option for cross above, cross below , greater than , less than, equal t , etc.

I don't see the option for a new high.

Apologies on that. In testing this theory by applying the RSI indicator as the input series of a Current Day OHL indicator to get a "high value" from the RSI, it appears the RSI cannot be applied as the seed of this indicator and provide it with a meaningful value for this use case. In this case, you'd need to use either the Strategy Builder of custom coding to achieve this with the RSI.
