    Error loading

    Hi there, i reciently bougth the livetime license and i have problems.

    1. When i connect with my interactive broker, i recieve this error:

    Due do a market feed condition, you need to close an reopen the chart or restart NT8. Sorry for the inconvenence.

    I restarted and create a new chart and the problem doesnt fixed.


    2. When i load my chart i only recivie live data, not historical and live.


    3. The price is not the same that other charts in different platforms.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2674184" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
