    Moved my NT install to a new computer and my live trading account is not available

    Hi, I can see my simulated accounts in the accounts tab, but not live trading Phillip Cap account.

    Please help!

    Thanks for posting.

    If you're connected to a live account but see only simulation accounts in the Accounts tab, this indicates that you have a simulation license key entered under Help > License key. If you need information about obtaining a live license key or need to retrieve an existing one, please contact platformsalesATninjatraderDOTcom.
