Unable to cancel a pending order...

What is the quickiest, cleanest and definitive way to cancel a pending order?
I gave the Replay function a chance to prove it's useablility (after learning it's official that it cannot cue to a specific time to start) and my strategy generated a Pending order. Replay is set to MAX and around 2 min per sec. I tried to cancel this order (as it does not reflect the real time trading) but I was not able to do it.
I tried to cancel it under Control Center.Orders where it was reported as WORKING . I clicked on the Cross, right clicked and selected Cancel or Cancel ALL, stopped the Replay and tried all the above again and still couldn't get rid of this pending order.
I wonder if this happens in real live, how could I do it fast under the Ninja platform? Logging in to the broker takes significant time and would disrupt the running strategy.

To clear the replay order, please reset the sim101 account.

• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
• Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
• Press the "Reset" button

try just disconnect and then reconnect your data feed
