Hello JTizz,
Thank you for the post.
If you want to copy over a drawing tool from one instrument's chart to another, you may right-click on the drawing object and select 'Copy.'
Next, right-click on the second chart and select 'Paste.' You can also use the keyboard shortcuts CTRL + C and CTRL + V while the object is highlighted.

Thank you for the reply.
Please keep in mind that drawing objects are anchored to specific time and/or price points. The NQ and the ES have a large gap between their current price so if, for example, your object is a horizontal line, the paste will work but you will find that it is located out of view.
A vertical line, on the other hand, is tied to time only, so it would likely appear immediately.
You may verify this by right-clicking->Drawing Tools->Drawing Objects. You will see the line you copied in the list here.
