23/5 means, CME for example is Open 23h a day then maintanance and weekends is closed…
and IB has also it’s maintanace.. so you have to prepare your strategy for that downtimes and also for unexpected dowtimes ie. price stream is down for some seconds..
we are running our Servers now around 99% of uptime.
