IB Gateway and NinjaTrader: How to Load Charts?

Hello,

I am very happy to say that I have fixed all my issues with IB Gateway today. I reached the account minimum needed for my Market Data Subscriptions to be active, and the connection between the API and NinjaTrader is all green.
However, when I try to open a new chart (Say for example AAPL 15 minute bars for the last 5 days), my chart is stuck on "loading...".

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
