    Problem with receiving demo login

    Hi there

    I put in my details to receive my demo login details, but when I did not receive the email(yes I did check spam), I applied for another login. I then receive another email explaining I have exceeded the amount of logins? Not sure how I could when I didn’t receive the first email.

    Has any one else had this issue, or does somebody have a solution?

    Hello Andyyo89.

    Futures demo account credentials are sent directly from [email protected]. Please check your junk or spam folders for a message from that email address. The email typically takes about 15 minutes to arrive.

    Also please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit you will not receive login credentials.

    If you are experiencing issues receiving the email you may need to contact your email service provider.
