    Error in requesting bar series

    Hi,

    On NT8, I just started receiving this error when switching symbols in a chart (TDAmeritrade data connection).

    Error in requesting bar series: 'Repsonse code does not indicate success: 400()."
    (image atteached)

    How can I tell where it's coming from and how to remedy?

    Hello JAtrades,

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2659679" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Chris,

      Thanks so much for the reply. I started looking at those logs first and could see where the issue started - had nothing to do with NT8 version. Anyhow, the error stopped around 7am, so I'm all set. I didn't send any logs to you.

          Hello,

          Thank you for the note.

          Unfortunately, this is a known symptom with the root cause being on TD Ameritrade's backend. TD Ameritrade is aware of this issue and is currently working on a solution, but there is not yet a solution at this time. The most recent estimate TD Ameritrade provided was "mid-July".
