    ASSERTATION FAILED message when starting NT8

    Hi Ninjatrader team,

    Over the last week, when I try to start my Ninjatrader 8 platform, I receive a assertation failed message. I have already attempted a reinstall and checked the forums.

    Any advice on how to fix this is much appreciated. Below is the screenshot

    Thank you for your note.

    This error message can often be caused by an antivirus/firewall program, I'd first recommend checking to see if you have any currently running that could be interfering with NinjaTrader.

    If you do, please close the applications down as a test. If the error no longer persists, you can add an exception for NinjaTrader from within the program(s) to prevent this from occurring in the future.
