NinjaTrader 8 Not opening (Assertion Failed)

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, accepting it through my firewall and 3rd party virus protector. I can't seem to have the program work and i cannot compress the log files in to a zip.
When i double click into my logs, it says their is nothing their. Have not been able to open the program since I downloaded it

Thanks for your post.

This can be due to several factors outside of antivirus software, and suspect Windows has Controlled Access of your Documents folder.

Press the Windows Key/ head to Start Menu> Search for "Controlled Folder Access" > Click on "Controlled Folder Access" > Turn "Controlled Folder Access" off

• This can be restricted by administrator settings. If you cannot access this setting, please contact your network/PC administrator.
