Please note that the global cross hair in pane 2 (price) on the right is displaying in pane 1 (Order Flow Delta) on the left. Is there a fix for this or do you need to write some code ?

    Thx, Rick

    Hello rickr,

    Thank you for your post.

I'm trying to reproduce what you're showing in your screenshot. What are your settings for the chart on the left? I see you're using a 5 BetterRenko series on the right hand chart.

Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting you further.

        Hello rickr,

        Thank you for your reply.

I was indeed able to reproduce this.

When you have two charts where the global crosshair is enabled, each with 2 or more panels, you may experience this issue.

You move the crosshair down onto a subpanel on the chart your cursor is over, and the crosshair may move up or down (including skipping over entire subpanels) on the other chart.

The reason for this is because of a current limitation where the crosshair can only pass the time value and the price value to the other chart(s).

Because of this, the other chart does not know which panel to draw the crosshair in, and as such, draws the crosshair in the first subpanel which has the price the crosshair is at visible in its' chart scale.

This can result in situations like the example you've posted.

However, I have added a vote for you to a current feature request to have the horizontal crosshair line to apply to whichever data series is the primary series. This request is being tracked under the number SFT-3250.

As with all feature requests, interest is tracked before implementation is considered, so we cannot offer an ETA or promise of fulfillment. If implemented, it will be noted in the Release Notes page of the Help Guide.

          Kate,

I am not sure what the voting is about ? This feature request is "as it should be" . . . it is not an added feature but a correction to existing code is it not ?Thx, Rick

            Hello rickr,

            Thank you for your reply.

As it's a limitation according to our development team and changing how this works would affect other things within the platform, any change would need to go through the feature request process.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.

Hi- May I add my vote to this feature request please?

It's a pretty significant pain point; I'm unable to reference price levels on my primary chart.

The current implementation only supports price charts at the top panel of the screen, but with tall monitors in portrait, I need the price panel at eye level near the bottom.
