Ninjatrader created uncancelable orders

I am again having this issue where Ninjatrader 8.0.21 creates orders (1 Sell LMT and 1 Sell STP) well below the parameters of my running strategy. To make things worse these orders cannot be canceled from either the Chart or the order summary in the control center. These orders do not show up in broker, but remain when disconnecting and reconnecting.

Any help on this would be appreciated as it prevents being able to trade any instruments that these show up on.

Thank you for your post.

First, I note you're on an older version of NinjaTrader. The current version is 8.0.22.2.

To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

Was the strategy running on a sim or a live account when these orders appeared? What do you see in the orders tab of the Control Center for these orders? If you could provide a screenshot that would be helpful.
