There is a Sample MA Cross Over template, could it calculate profits correctly on a backtesting if to change MA parameters, for example Fast MA > than Slow MA, fast MA = 3, slow MA =2

The backtesting tool will simply execute the strategy with the parameters you have picked. It would execute the strategy with the MA parameters you mentioned and then display the results of that. I am not certain what you are otherwise asking here, it would calculate based on the logic it has and the values you entered. Are you asking if reversing the parameters is going to cause a problem?

No, you can give it a try its not going to cause an error. That will change the outcome if you are comparing it against the reverse values but would not cause any type of exception.
