Please can you navigate me how to set up ^tick Index to provide real time data on the chart?

To receive ^Tick data you would want to be connected to an account that is enabled for live data on this instrument.

This would require being connected to a provider that supports index data and that has the necessary data enablements.

I'm unable to access ^TICK and think I may be doing something wrong? I'm connected via Rithmic data and accessing during market hours, but my chart is blank?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
