Live Data issues

When the market opened for trading e mini futures tonight, I can only connect and open a chart that shows the last candlesticks from Friday morning. The chart does not update. It has been a couple of hours now and nothing still. I've done everything up to uninstalling and reinstalling NT8. What can I do to get this working?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2638490" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

smcllr, I have the same problem - all day today. My internet connection is fine but not able to connect and get live data feed. Check to see if your internet provider had any outages. I have a support ticket open but so far no connection.
