Volume source for Ninjatrader 8

Hello,
I'm completely new to Ninjatrader and I can't find the answer for my question below anywhere so I post it here

I trade Forex and Order Flow + is the reason I want to purchase Ninjatrader lifetime license. It requires real time volume information I believe.
However my current broker does not support Ninjatrader 8.
I find the supported brokers here https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/brokers/
Oanda does not support customer in my country, Vietnam. Forex.com confirmed it does not support Ninjatrader platform (I got the confirmation via chat window). FXCM volume seem to be relatively small comparing to the others.

I would like to ask which is the best source to get real time volume information (from big players)? Why Ninjatrader confirmed to support Forex.com broker via https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/brokers/ but Forex.com confirmed the opposite?

Forex trading is supported with City Index and FXCM.

The NinjaTrader platform has no additional cost to trade through CityIndex or FXCM . You can open an account at CityIndex or FXCM using NinjaTrader by clicking the following link and selecting “Forex”:
