Holiday Hours Template Error - CME US Index Futures

(V8.0.22.2) The Trading Hours templates for CME US Index Futures ETH and CME US Index Futures RTH are incorrect for 7/2/20, causing data to stop at 12:15 CT. Deleting both 7/2 entries and reloading data for CME equity index products corrects the problem.

I am not sure what "Deleting both 7/2 entries and reloading data for CME equity index products" means exactly, however, if you're referring to removing holiday hours lines from the Trading Hours templates then reloading the data on your charts, this would be one way to temporarily resolve the issue.

Please restart your NinjaTrader to have the changes we made to the Trading hours template(s) earlier in the week apply to your NinjaTrader.

You got it right. Didn't get the memo that the Trading Hours templates were corrected earlier in the week, and that NT needed to be restarted prior to 7/2.

I had the same issue today. Do these pre defined holiday hours get updated on your end periodically? In other words, I should probably restart more often

There is not necessarily a set schedule for updates, however, tweaks are made regularly to items like commission templates and trading hours templates to ensure they're accurate. Unfortunately, there is no way to force these updates to our users and it requires a restart of the platform.
