Backtest not working

Backtest using any sample strategies doesn't perform a single trade. bottom left status icon is green and connected to Ninja Trader continuum (Demo).

Is there data showing on the Chart display?

AAPL is an equity. NinjaTrader Continuum supports futures.

Have you tried a future like ES 09-20?

Or have you tried connecting to a broker or data feed that supports equities?

That fixed it, I was using the wrong data type supported by my connection, thanks for your help.
