Enabling tick replay Makes the chart turn blank

I'm connected to TD Ameritrade and when I select the option to load tick replay on a chart the x and y axis disappear. What gives?

Tick replay builds bars based on historical tick data. Unfortunately, TD Ameritrade does not support historical tick data in NinjaTrader. As a result, tick replay would not be supported with this connection type.
